Safety Rings, Do you know of any Utilities allowing the Use of Silicon, or Rings

We have started a no Jewelry Policy in our Co. We are trying to see if there are any other facilities that have approved the use of these rings. If you are able to get me their contact information or give them mine, it could aid us in getting this approved.  I have my contact information below.
