AMS-4 alarming questions

Is anyone out there having their AMS-4's going into fast alarm, not showing any concentration up-ticks, but the alarm beacon goes away, shows normal, but the audible alarm is latched.
We have AMS-4's in low dose fields that do this, and AMS-4's in little to no dose fields that act completely normal.


We are stumped as to what would be causing this. I am hoping that someone out there has had this problem and found a fix.
