Shonka is  the  greatest  Nuke Company  I  have  worked  for!!  Innovative  people,  Innovative  equipment,  Family  atmosphere!! Best  survey  equipment on  the  planet!!! Most  Everyone  else uses 1940 technology.  Shonka   truly  uses   21st  century  technology and  is  improving it  everyday.  Hopefully this  technology  will  replace  most  everything  in  the  near  future.   Also  they  reward  competence,  hardwork and  loyalty  more  than  any  other  company  I  have  worked  for.   All  other  companies  payed  senior  Techs  the  same regardless  of  competence,  hardwork,  areas  worked,  NRRPT etc.   Therefore  they  only  keep the  chump  workers and the  best  leave  for other  companies  like  Shonka and  Millenium.
