Not much information at this time Lorie got the information on Facebook and this article is the only other information I have found at this time. We worked with Andrea at Fernald in the 90s. She was a character and a bright light.

In the 4500 block of Windsor Spring Road, Andrea Warner, 62, was pronounced dead on the scene after a tree fell on the residence.

A coworker from the nineties sent me a picture of her. He remembered her because she made a guy strip down to his underwear for a shower before she would let him out of the controlled area.
