NORFOLK, Va. — Dominion Energy is using 3D printing technology to create specialized tools and safety devices that help workers maintain equipment at its nuclear power plants.

The program, which supports four nuclear facilities across Dominion Energy's fleet, began with a simple idea from Surry Power Station Shift Manager Robert Lewis.
