Bluecore Energy secured 50 million dollars in seed financing to advance the development of its 10 MWe floating small modular reactor systems. The company is currently testing components at its Port of Long Beach headquarters while coordinating with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the US Coast Guard. These funds will support ongoing engineering, hardware testing, and regulatory efforts for the company's maritime nuclear power technology.
