Can anyone out there explain what the different professional salary/career bands are at Dominion?  What is the difference between an Engr II and Engr. III? Also, can you move beyond Engr. III to a more senior engineering position without moving into management? Finally, how hard is it to move from the engineering ranks into management?

I don't really have the answer to your question.
But, I am working at a Dominion gas turbine outage near Trenton, NJ.
The Dominion folks are asked to do alot of different things.
One employee could do maintenance, labor, IH, safety, and other tasks all in one day. These guys stay hoppin' on this job.
