Security Clearance outside Nuclear plant?

Hi.  I'm new here.  I have security clearance for a temp. job at a nuclear plant.  Is this security clearance the same as a state security clearance?
Can I use this clearance for other non-nuclear plant jobs?  I want to work at a job that requires a NH State Clearance.  How do I prove I have had nuclear plant clearance in the future? Thanks!
