Congressman hopes taking DOE out of Yucca process will bring Nevada to the table

Nevada is NIMBY... it doesn't matter what federal agency is in charge.

100% agree.   Contending DOE has caused the waste storage issue and Yucca opening delay helps shift the blame off the people of Nevada.
